Yeah ok cool so I read up on IV Breeding and I'm going to try really really hard to actually make this a thing. EV Training is simple so I guess I could do that for people as well I guess. Either way, this will become a catch-all post for trading (WHENEVER I GET AN INTERNET CONNECTION JFC). I'll have them on hold of course, if worse comes to worse you'll have to wait until sometime in December? Or I can go to the starbucks down the street. Keep me walking and fit.

I just have a form to fill out.

Name: Self Explanatory.
Friend Code: No need to add this if I already have it. Just tell me that I already have it.
Pokemon: Self Explanatory.
Gender: See Above.
Nature: Hidden Abilities come from a case-by-case on which friend safari I happen to have. You can ask, but I can't guarantee that I'll have it.
IV Spread: I use the following format. HP/Atk/Def/SPa/SPd/SpD - "Perfect Pokemon" (Those with 6 IVs are off limits simply because they are a) time consuming and I'm new at this so... rather not.) "Near-Perfect" (4 or 5 max IVs) are fair game. An example request would be 31/xx/31/31/31/31. Where Attack will be the stat that I don't IV breed.
EV Trained: Do you want me to EV Train it? If so, give me your preferred spread.
Offers/Thanks?: Since I'm just getting started and ya'll my friends you don't need to trade anything B]

Not much is known about the quiet little town of Scruff before their new mayor Grant appeared. The town wasn't very sufficient unfortunately and wasn't able to keep a very reliable history. Historians predict that it couldn't of been good, based on what they've seen documented further down in the timeline. Rational thought concludes two constants: That Marcie was the one who kept the town stable during the beginning and that Flora loves, loves, LOVES! Scruff.

Grant walked into town and was given ownership and the new position of mayor. It seems that nobody knew where the last mayor went, and the town petitioned so that Caesar wouldn't get the position. Although confused, Grant saw that the town needed work and he had nothing better to do so he took the position. He started bright-eyed, grabbing money where he could go all in the pursuit for shiny bridges to make it easier for people to get around.

He also took this time to learn of the villagers who lived here. The first who met him was Flora, who proceeded to shower him with compliments and went on a rant of how he was the one who could somehow turn such a "beautiful" village like Scruff into something even better. Caesar was grumpy and challenged his authority, but then found himself rescinding his comments after Grant proved that, yes, he does know his stuff. Cranston, once met, seemed awfully preoccupied with something. Grant figured him to be on drugs thanks to the red, bloodshot eyes. Marcie introduced herself and Marcie Jr., both of them being incredibly kind and forthright. Naomi also introduced herself for a hot minute, before going off on her own way. Grant figured that he had some work to do.

Once Grant started to work on modifying the town, surprise surprise, people actually wanted to move in! The first of these move-ins was Frita, who's frech fry-weave presence wasn't really something that Grant wanted in town. He then started working on the town a lot better so that he could attract more productive members for their new society. Hans then moved in on the opposite side of town as everyone else, a very smart move.

Lucy moved in soon after Hans. While Hans was an awesome, gentle villager Lucy gave the entire town a much needed ray of sunshine. She demonstrated the sort of model villager one should strive to be, after getting second to Grant in the bug catching contest and having a cheery disposition to even the most disagreeable of personalities. What is important to note and comes later into play is that Frita chastized her for "Moving in during the middle of spring", despite doing the exact same thing not much earlier. Sparro joined town as well, although nobody really spoke to him since he was too concentrated on running next to the river.

It wasn't until after the hectic schedule of all the move-ins did Grant realize he had a big problem in Scruff. Looming over the horizon while still refusing to wear coral blue lipstick #5 was Naomi. Everyone started to realize that there was something... very off about her. She was found more often in open fields than Sparro and his hourly jogs. Once approached she would go into a tirade of battering your fashion sense, declaring herself superior and how you "didn't understand" how avant-garde she was.

People became afraid of her and mused that she was seriously unstable. Her bouts in the fields would become more frequent and people genuinely feared to leave their houses in case they ran into her. Sparro straight up refused to go near the fields, for the last time he did so Naomi screamed about the horrors of plaid and dissed his jogging pants. Distraught, she seeked out the only friend she felt she had, Marcie. Marcie was too nice and found herself trapped with having to deal with Naomi, her delusions, her fashion sense, and her general irritable stability problems. It was at this point Marcie decided to take up drinking alcohol, and boy did she ever need a lot of it.

Naomi, distraught with the fact her only friend had become an alcoholic needed to move out quickly. True to her nature, she told Lucy that she felt like moving. Lucy then told Grant, who's general response was "Do it."She hoped that she could save people from the awful fashion they're wearing. Once she realized no one wanted to change her their fashion choices and, upon hearing Marcie discuss how badly Naomi dressed, she snapped, packed her clothes (which took three days despite never changing her clothes), and decided to go to New York and make it big.

Last heard of Naomi she was walking around in Harlem wearing a sandwich board sign that said, "Will sew for grass"
